Alright then that's out of the equation, and i know you aren't overclocking since that's a hp computer. So i can suggest to re-apply thermal paste on the cpu and let it burn in, if that doesn't help then a new cpu cooler is highly recommended. But eiher way even though that is a quite hot temp as long as comp isn't shutting off you should be fine over 70 is a even bigger prob just keep a eye on it.
