so if i created a character with supreme defense with a one hit KO power and another character with horrible defense and it takes 20 hits to KO someone, youre telling me that both characters are equally balanced??

People who think like you are ignorant. I practice ALOT with Sean, and when I do tournaments people always get amazed with the feets I pull off with him. I play some highly skilled players and even they are stunned because they didnt know who could do ALOT of moves.
Yeah Sean is a bottom tier, but that doesnt mean he isnt effective in the right hands.
