For one, Panic Prone doesn't have an acoustic track on it.

Two, though the main riff and much of the melody is the 103 version, regardless of the instrumentation, its FAR from "everything about it is Version 103." The bass is a dead giveaway. The bass doesn't play the same part during the main riff, in fact they take that part out. Not to mention this acoustic is about 20 seconds shorter. The tempo's are a tad different, but not that much off. they take parts out.

This is not the 103 version, that version has a sitar and is studio recorded. This is a live acoustic. Both are good though.
