It is unfortunate to see trainer demonstrate such poor form in every exercise ! Non of this moves are specific only to Gluteus Medius and will be only marginally effective in a case of specific weakness . How unfortunate. It also looks like our trainer here has fairly short psoas , that needs a bit of work.

Are you a brand new trainer? The explanation and demonstration sucked! As mentioned earlie progression is important, no lunges before squats as not teaching before learning yourself. This is the simple thing what differs good trainer from just a trainer. You have a good potentials, i tell this to you as a professional!
