This is Philadelphia's own Samba School, PHILASAMBA, performing on the Ben Franklin Parkway as part of the Welcome America Independence Day Festivities 2008 while members of the group talk about it's history, what it means to participate in PHILASAMBA, and aspirations for future growth.
