I think what is wrong is the bartender not the fat lady. Well okay fat lady is wrong too but the bartender isn't supposed to treat her like that. Very not professional. Generation awesome? I call it pussy.

Always be respectful of bartenders, and their situation, if its busy, wait you turn, if you don't like the way they pour, find another bartender, and if you're a shitty tipper or an all around prick just stay home

Most of these videos have to do with arrogant know it all douchebags that have the audacity to tell someone else how to do their job. Most bartenders do things differently if you find one you like stick with em and always take care of em when the check comes if you do that you'll be able to ask for whatever you want.
