  • Keep in mind when I film these I'm just showing how I do the movement - there are many variations and one of our goals for 2010 is to have some of our sponsors show their variations of many of these movements.

  • At 2:09 you said, "I don't really see the point in the little roll". When you said that you meant just for the JM press right? As opposed to the little roll in tate presses.

  • I meant for this specific movement. For the JM press I do like the roll back to get more stress on the triceps. I assume you mean the dumbbell JM press as the tate press in the one where the elbows are out and the bells stay together. In the case of the JM Dumbbell Press I think the roll makes a huge difference.
