Great video. Along with most of these items, I keep extra clothing for each member, tarp (for shelter, sled, hammock, water collection, stretcher, etc), coloring books and entertainment for the children and I always keep a 3 or 5 gallon bucket (can be used for lots of things) and a foldaway toilet seat (for children).

Excellent kit, very thorough. One recommendation I would make is some blankets or extra coats; but then again I live in a pretty cold country, so the cold might not be an issue for you. Overall, great job!

Great kit, this might be the best kit for a family. Instead of all the matches, lighters, etc you can use a firesteel, compact and good for thousands of fires. I suggest to a large duffle bag to put the most important things because if you have to leave your car, you can't carry everything, you should be able to fit almost everything in a duffle bag and a backpack (if you store the water and the toolkits in the trunk.) The three crank flashlights should be good enough. Overall, a great job. 5 *
