Title: Never Let Me Down Again
Created: April 2009
Pairing: Dan/Rorschach and a bit of Dan/Laurie for angst
File Size: 25 MB
File Type: .WMV
Song: Never Let Me Down Again
Artist: Depeche Mode
Summary: Someone on painchat suggested this song for Dan and Rorschach and it just fit. I made it slashy, but I suppose it could be a friendship thing as well.
Warning: Cheesy Dan/Laurie scenes

  • OMFG U USED ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS!!111 YOU MUST BE MY NEW BEST FRIEND!!!!! U FUSED TWO OF MY FAVORITE THINGS TOGETHER!!!!

  • haha, i know. But for story purposes it seems like a good idea [to pretend it's Rorschachs computer] you know?

  • Loved it! Great song choice and great editing! <3

Am i right in thinking at Dan sits down at Rorschachs computer and he finds a folder labeled "BOYS" at 2:58 LOL! He finds out he's gay. Am i right XD

  • i thought it was him quite early on i dunno why tho... i think it was the height :S and that he wdnt just be there, i thought it was pretty obvious that Veidt ( is that his name) was going to be the "villain" if you could call him that because he didnt do alot and again wdnt be there for no reason

  • I think it might just be that you didn't know when you read it, and you knew when you saw it. As someone who saw the movie before reading the GN, I was not expecting him to be the guy with the sign. Whereas, in the book, I saw it all being set up.

  • The thing I didn't particularly care for in the movie is how they made it obvious that Rorschach was the "End is Nigh" man. I mean, in the GN I was thoroughly shocked when I found that out(although reading it again, there's a panel pretty early on that reviles it... just gotta look close).
