can any one speak temp. of oil say should be 350 0r 375 approx these days we have probes or deep friers pls let me know approx temp

Incase of unavailability of whole Kashmiri chilli, you can use the powder. It will make the dish taste slightly different than the original one. Do try it out and let us know how it turned out to be.

It looks delicious . Thank you so much for sharing this recepie. This is very big treat for ppl staying out of india .I have two questions is refined flour is same as plain flour? Can we get shejwan sauce in market or we can make it at home?

Refined flour is what is called maida and schezwan sauce is readily available in the market and you can prepare it at home as well. The recipe is there on our website, and you can refer it.
