i actually think that hunters is very challenging. sure it isn't technical, but to keep your horse (especially hunters who tend not to want to go in a frame/be straight) going straight for that long takes some skill. plus you have to keep an even, flowing pace all around and not get too picky to the long approach oxers.

i think this round was beautiful!!
and also you guys shouldnt be arguing on whats hard both have their own challenges and people have different opinions. i like jumpers cause u can have fun and think fast but i like eq and hunters because i can i can decide what my plan is and try to perfect my skills and tracts...

@saddlepotato159 hunters are actually one of the most difficult sports to do. It looks easy when people are doing it right... you have to understand the sport to appreciate it

@saddlepotato159 i ride in hunters and equitation and i always find that i do worse in hunters. the courses are much much simpler and for me the simpler it is the less i focus on it and try. so in actuality it makes it harder and i dont do as well because i dont try as hard thinking its easier. i think alot of people do this. "oh its easy i dont need to try to hard." the easiest things can be the hardest and require the most practice.
