I agree about the rack. Although solid enough and does its purpose, I should consider building a much better design. Maybe in the future...

Is that hi-fi rack DIY, made with studding rods? It doesn't look bad exactly, just a bit precarious (although I'm sure it's solid) but mostly, it just looks like it's not quite worthy of holding up such nice components. Maybe you'll say I'm a snob, I don't know - in fact I'm all for DIY, however, this rack just bugs me for some reason - It's just not as classy as it should be, if you see what I mean. :) It also doesn't look like it offers enough isolation.

It seem's that you have already gone down the path I find myself on now. I am currently in the high power/modified Maggie camp, however I think I am ruined for small power high efficency now that I have heard a friends set-up. I am not ready to sell off the Pass labs/Magnepan set-up as of yet, but I am ready to start down the other road now. I already have a pair of Great Plains 604 8H Mk 3's and a highly modded Lenco L75 table. Where do I find JE labs? I guess your video was too inspiring!
