  • @zozmic this guy is one of the best bartenders in the states at the moment. He spends weeks caring for barrel aged cocktails, and re-creating the way the old pre-prohibition bartenders made drinks. To say he doesnt care about the drink is slightly odd, just because he knows how to prepare a drink with care and speed is nothing to sneer at.

  • The way this man prepares his cocktails...there is no love, its all speed. I hate it. :(

  • i will try this drink i am a Hemingway also!

  • The original recipe calls for 1/4 ounce of cane syrup, and 2 ounces of Havana Club 3 year white CUBAN rum. The flavor is not the same without it.

  • MY LAST NAME IS HEMINGWAY 0_o

  • DEADSHOT DAIQUIRI

  • @midnightfury661 Please note the "jk" I included and the following comment where I explain it was a joke. Jesus people, it was a joke.

  • This sounds great. I cannot wait to get more Maraschino liquor and give it a try.

  • @paulgoodwin81 It was a joke that most daiquiris are made with sweet and sour nowadays, instead of fresh.

  • As he said, this is the 'Hemmingway Daiquiri'. Not a 'Classic Daiquiri'.

The sour has come from the fresh lime juice anyways.
