SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE
4 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan sauce
200 gms boiled rice
100 gms chopped onions
100 gms chopped cabbage
1 spring onion chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a wok, add vegetables and stir fry for 3 -4 min. add Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce with rice. Stir fry for 2-3 min. Adjust the seasoning by adding salt. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
