The fact that this muppet still insist on applying the law of thermodynimcs to our bodies metabolism should make you all run away in aversion. In periods lasting months I eat as much as 5000 calories a day (sometimes more), all from raw animal foods. I do this because it is superior muscle building food, but at the same time I dont have to suffer the consequences other bodybuilders who bulk on carbs have. I dont get any excess fat while im bulking. So, nuts to your theory there buddy.
lowering 20 percent for some people their bodies will still pick up the reduction. leptin levels drop also mine did. any attempt to force it off even with mild famines is sure to fail for very famine sensitive individuals especially woman. less famine sensitive ones can reduce a little and do okay. some likemyself do low gi diets and having great results where all other diets didn't work. so far lost some fat for first time in years without binging on junk episodes. based on clothes, not scale.
its so right i skipped lunch for a while and it didnt do anything but i eat breakfast and lunch and exercise now but im still trying to lose it i started about 2 weeks ago i losed about 5 or 6 pounds
