itś an amazing guitar, i got one too. I just don't understand why everybody plays always that surf on it.. it sounds really great voor stoner shoe gaze and stuff too! all my friends got a jackson, they sound all the same , i got my jazzmaster, it doesn't matter what i play, it always sounds better (H)

in the mexican jazzmasters they moved the tremolo system closer to the bridge.

i thought it was intended as a folk style guitar! don't shoot me if i'm wrong please, obviously you are getting a fantastic surf sound out of it but as a folk guitar it shines just aswell
