Sorry for the shaky video, this was taken with my helmet cam. To start with, I had problems with high idle until I discovered that the new throttle cable was slightly too short. I trimmed the twist throttle return stop to correct this but had spent months trying to track down a suspected vacuum leak. The paintwork obviously needs redone, and number two carb has a vacuum diaphragm leak. To date, I have replaced the clutch cable, throttle cable, carb to airbox boots, carb mount rubbers, replaced the speedo console, the right handlebar ignition unit, added a Pingel Petcock and both side covers. Please comment as you see fit.
Good bikes keep up the good work they don't make them like this any more.

Keep at it, 750's can get up and go. Plus you can get them to sound real nice like a real bike. Get it running smooth with good balanced carburation, good exhaust and it will be a fun bike. Cosmetics I could care less. good luck.
