I can't say I fully agree with her methods, but I admire what Vinyl did: making the princess realize she doesn't treat her sister as good as she could. Her sister felt under-appreciated, alienated by society, remorseful for what her alter ego did, and Vinyl risked herself to make Celestia realize she caused all that, and needed to make amends.
