  • Jump ahead to 8:18 "Chinatown, My Chinatown" and watch Joe Sodja play guitar in 1938. You will wonder how different music would have progressed if he was playing the not yet invented hard body electric guitar. Be sure to watch his finish at 10:22.......AMAZING!

  • this clip was part of a vhs cassette including Artie Shaw,Red Nichols and others..that i lost long ago.The saxophonist looks really as the well known Toots Mondello,who later played with Benny Goodman band
