How to download video's from any site to your PC

It's very simple, all you need is Firefox and flashgot to download any media that is streaming from a site.
Here ill give you some links.
Firefox

Insutrction:
1.Download and install both firefox and flashgot. Make sure that flashgot is enabled.
2. go to any of your sites and begin the video stream, once that starts follow this:
a) Tools, b)Flashgot, c)Flashgot Media, d) click on flashgot media and save as or que up the download with flashget.
3. Once downloaded, keep as an FLV or other format, or you can convert it to Avi using All to Avi.
4. Flashgot also works with HD 1080p media content. So you can direct download from Vimeo HD.
Sorry about the crap quality in demonstration, i recorded it with the N96 set on max settings and yeah, a bit blurry with computer screens.
