its not one's fundamental right to fly on an aircraft, it is a privilege. therefore if you want to board an aircraft, then you best let TSA do their job. if you dont like the fact that they are screening you the way that they need to screen you, then instead of buying an airline ticket, buy a greyhound ticket instead. Yes, you do have the choice to say no to TSA screening, it just means that you are also saying "no, i dont want to fly"

Believe me, if a stranger "pat down" my nephew, nieces, or child (if I had one), I would do more than pat them down. No one touches any child or pat them down. Just shows how pervasive "Fear" is fed to us by the media and gov't.

No water, no lotion, no nail cipper, no coins, no belts, no metal, no pacemaker, no titanium metal rods in your surgically implanted bones, no artificial limbs, and no metal braclets/retainers when entering the airport. But it's okay to carry a concealed weapon in many states? But marijuana is illegal while alcohol which directly contributes to actual drunk driving deaths every hour is acceptable? This is the American Dream? This is what is so great about this country?

What I don't like is that he is after an express lane for 'frequent fliers' like him. There would be nothing more vexing than watching a bunch of rich people glide past you while the common masses continue to be abused.
It will be another low class issue that will never be fixed because the people in power are completely unaffected.
