TAG and gifted classes also count as special ed, if that's what you mean.
Speaking of...have you seen many special ed classes? Especially from different areas and in different SES?

Which minorities? I've never seen an Asian or East Indian in special ed...

In all honesty...unless it was a topic someone was really into, I wouldn't even recommend people buy it when it is required. :(
