Comp. Cycle W5 B1 (9/2/2009)What a difference a week makes, got this for 6 sets. And the 30th rep was another home of the 6 second bench press.

Just my own little thing, a 5x5 for a new weight, then try to hit it for 5x6 (6 sets) the following week, and if that is successful bump the entire set up by 2.5 lbs and continue with 5x5
