actually, youre something else. i ALREADY sent them my broken vaporizer ONCE. WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I SEND IT TO THEM A SECOND TIME? you think i like paying 15 plus dollars for shipping on a BRAND new item to send it to a company that in return sends me the EXACT same vaporizer that i sent to them to be replaced? get a clue! i sent it to them ONCE im NOT sending it to them again, so they can just take the broken vape out of one box and resend it right back to me, the warranty is a scam!

thought i would let you all know that mr werfed blocked my other user account from posting comment on this video. thats awesome. nice of you to bad mouth someone for giving an honest review of this shitty product, ask them a qeustion and then you block them so they cant respond. you must work for iolite or be in charge of their advertising.

I bought mine on eBay, worked for about a year, then I lost it for a year. Found it in a pile of leaves after it having been outside in the elements and it worked with the same butane in it, lol.

But now my igniter broke and I've got to transplant a new one into it. My hissing, green Creeper finally "blew up", I guess. Still, it was fun while it lasted. I sincerely hope to revive it soon.

@MVK88 and oh by the way, i never received a response at all from the iolite customer service department that i emailed over 5 times with subjects that read "HELP MY IOLITE WONT START/IGNITE." yea i got fucked on both ends, by the smokeshop that wont accept a refund or exchange. on a brand new item that i bought an hour before! and by iolite when i use my warranty and send my broken iolite back to iolite 4 warranty- iolite sends me another broken iolite. fucked by both smokeshop and iolite. :)

@MVK88 try and actually read my comment before you respond. i had a warranty, i sent my broken iolite back to iolite for warranty. iolite sent me another iolite that doesnt work. both iolites that i have had NEVER WORKED. i used my warranty. i got ripped off by both iolite and the smokeshop. smokeshop= no refunds or exchanges, must return to iolite 4 warranty , iolite = sends me another broken iolite in warranty exchange/replacement for original broken iolite that never worked=total scam

@33033milehigh Sorry bro that blows. But did you buy the product from an AUTHORIZED seller. A seller with an official Iolite stamp and store number? If you did not then you won't get a warranty no matter what the store told you. I have been in contact with the Iolite company because I bought a fake a few months ago. They were excellent with me so I'm not sure what is going on with you. Go to the smoke shop and have him show you his seller authorization if he doesn't have it he ripped u off

@MVK88 oh and i forgot - i sent iolite customer service over 5 emails all subject titled: "HELP MY IOLITE WONT START/IGNITE", with detailed explanations of the problem i was having with my iolite and i NEVER got ONE response, EVER. great customer service? lol wow. i never was able to speak with their customer service since they never bothered to reply to my emails AT ALL. i will continue to warn others of iolites defective product and terrible customer service, thanks for replying.

@MVK88 im a minority? nice ASSumption. no disrespect, but you dont know what youre talking about, i appreciate your opinion. FACT is i have had over 10 emails with people telling me they have had the exact same thing happen to them -bought the iolite and it NEVER worked. i have a warranty. i sent it back to iolite, got replacement iolite returned - and it NEVER worked. used correct fuel and nothing-click click- nothing. go to danny j broken iolite here on you tube - more evidence im not alone

@3303milehigh I couldn't disagree with you more. I had great customer service and the product is fantastic. Sucks that you had a bad experience but you are a minority in the fact that you were screwed by Iolite. In all of the forums that I have read about the product it gets rave reviews. Where did you buy the product? If you didn't get it directly from them or an authorized seller you will not have a warranty. Sucks man and I hope you get your problem fixed cuz I'm loving my Iolite right now.
