Is Bear Hugger an alternate version of Von Kaiser in the SNES version?

In some videos, Von Kaiser gets Ko'd easy. I think it was star punch, keep on punching him,Von gets dizzy, dont punch him. he covers his face and says, "Mommy!" then BOOM! star punch him. instant KO!

MadWorld is meh. In my opinion Mo More Heroes is better
Super Mario Galaxy = YES!
Punch-Out!!. I suggest getting the VC version first, (for $5) instead of $50
