The beginning of that song and that image of the girl with the red balloon stayed fixed in my mind for the rest of my life. That girl, her livelyness, the inviting feminity of her thighs, the way she moved while bouncing the ball, it all gave me the magic experience of the ‘good vibrations’ the song is telling us about. It matched the song perfectly.
