Yeah, this is what I do when I'm not at the track during the summer.
The game is Nascar Racing 2003 Season, made by Papyrus Racing Games and Sierra.
All you need is the game (hard to find cheap) and a wheel, which costs about $100. Oh, and the computer to run it. All you really need is about 512 MB of Ram, a 128 MB graphics card, and a cable or dsl internet connection.
