This is my day 4 on a complete water fast. I am fasting with water until I reach my goal weight of 150lbs. I started at 313lbs, and I am now 301lbs. In this video I talk about the reasons why you may see a decrease in weight loss during a water fast. You may not be drinking enough water, you may be very toxic, or you may have exercised.   • Hey there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my GF got great Six pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.

  • I'm really late with this... but you actually are drinking just about enough water to meet what is "required" on a fast like this. 300oz translates into about 37.5 cups. Since there are 16 cups in a gallon and you drink about 1.5 gallons a day, you'd only need to drink about half a gallon more a day to meet that requirement. (2.34 gallons = 300oz)

  • @lexbaby23 you put stuff up your butt. Like a coffee enema. You put liquid coffee up your butt.. it's incredibly good for you. If you want more information on it, a guy called Gerson [Theraphy] popularized the Coffee enemas & he actually cured cancer ! He was poisoned to death.
