Dude cause then the internet Is not neutral anymore if you give them power to use their own ISP to slow down or put some sites more in favor to others or total block some parts of the internet till you pay more this act preserves how the internet is today, they have done it with radio and TV now they are aiming at the internet to have control they dont deserve

Why you asking me how much I pay and my speed. It makes no difference. 25$ dollars is a bargain. 5 years ago, people were paying double what you paid for half the amount of speed. Costs are constantly going down and speed is increasing. Fiber Optics will actually allow speeds to increase 100x. At&t is gonna build the fiber optics for us and it's gonna cost them billions, and all they want to do is make some profit, why do you think there trying to rape you?
