  • got the p 90x cardio at a garage sale and the abbe ripper im useing it to keep me in shape for soccer and im 15 should i do it everyday ?? or every other day ???

  • @turkishsoldierbaran i do classic if i can't finish plyometrics on day 2 each week i finish with Cardio tony says you can but i feel bad for those who do doubles

  • @turkishsoldierbaran well, i followed the calendar but i guess my cardiovascular system was not that strong that might be the reason why my chest hurt that time.
