Look, it's Mel Sharples arguing with a tub of butter...I mean Par-Kayyy! Vic Tayback was great in this 1976 ad for the smart-alec tub of Parkay...butter!

@mrremark2 three years before he played the cantankerous Mel Sharples. BTW he also made a few appearences on the first season of "The Streets Of San Francisco" he playe the role of Sergeant Norman "Norm" Hasiginan SFPD.

fun to find online...Vic was a very busy character throughout the 60s and 70s , from star trek to all in the family and many others. It's not surprising he did a new commericals. he finally got star status in "Alice" which he was so perfectly cast for.
