  • Ian Hunter is very underrated in the US. He is a legend.

  • Ian Hunter may have come under the "Glam Band" status.... ...but this guy is loved by Everybody! Rockers! Punks! MetalHeads!

He has written some of the best rock songs, and still continues to write them today!

  • Thanks for this. I was at the show he did in '74 or '75 when he played with Mick Ronson at the old Apollo. Saw him 15 months ago in Glasgow Fruitmarket too. 35 years down the line. The guys still got it !

  • Love Ian and loved Mott the Hoople. Thanks for posting !

  • Can't wait to see him soon in fabulous Ferndale, Michigan!

  • ian hunters my uncle kinda haha its so wierd that i see him n he was on stuff like this

  • I wish he had shut up a little bit and let Ian talk about how he feels about the present state of rock n roll.

  • Hunter's 100 times funnier than ferguson

  • @maxeythecat Hate to burst your bubble but it is NOT Cleveland that decides who gets in, it's the dicks in NYC & LA that run the music world. Consequently, there are plenty of mediocre garage bands and wailers in the Hall. The Rock Hall must be the only hall of fame in the world not to hold its inductions in the Hall itself. They hold it in NYC so the big wigs can get the first choice of hookers.

  • Burn in hell 'Untah, you back-stabbing ingrate.

  • Ian Hunter...brilliant, understated humour. Same with his awesome song writing.

  • His first solo record was my college soundtrack. Loved him ever since.
