Tristo wakeboarding with a GoPro Camera

The GoPro camera's give you an amazing angle and view of wakeboarding.. all was going well until I threw a backroll (which I did land! haha) and the force of the landing snapped the waterhousing plastic straight off the bracket. Lucky we tied a shoe lace around the camera to the binding as a back up device, just incase this incident would occur! And it did. Personally I don't think the brackets and housing have been made strong enough.. I landed the invert but the plastic couldn't handle the impact. Hopefully next time it can hold up to a bit more pressure! All in all, the GoPro probably puts out some of the coolest footage I've seen!

u know what sux ballz? when i put my gopro camerea there when wakeboarding the impact of the jump made the camera fall off and fall into the water in a lake :(

@kingmario52 Took the binding off, and ran the lace through one of the holes to put the screws in, then done it back up nice and tight. We were pretty lucky we did!!

@emilronn96 hey if you use the surf hero mount on your wakeboard and everything goes well could you let me know how good it was?? because i want to get one im just not sure if it would work on a wakeboard
