  • @ronocordera dont forget TODD RUNDGREN ...he is GOD !

  • Mummers, hogies and cheesteaks. Damn i miss the 80's in Philly

  • How about vince montanna and the salsoul orchestra?

  • What about Boys 2 Men, Teddy Pendergrast, Patty Labelle, Hall and Oates, Delphonics, Jill Scott, and Music Soul Child

  • The A's! Good memories there. Woman's got the power.

Let's not forget the classic TSOP: MFSB.

  • I notice they somehow overlooked the fact that some other big names have come from Philadelphia like the A's, Essra Mohawk, and Da Stiffs.

  • ...and Tommy Conwell!

  • Amen! No matter how many years go by, I still find myself cranking up the Hooters and Robert Hazard. Their music may be forgotten by some, but not me.

  • Love Philly music.
