Why the fuck are people saying you cant play a djembe with your fingers you can play a guitar with your teeth you can even stick a drum stick in your ass and play drums with your ass... If you can make sounds that people like your a playing the instrument it doesn't matter how its "usually played"

its not a doumbek i know the difference between a djembe and a doumbek obviously..this is a toca brand djembe but its a small one...
a doumbek doesnt sound like that..a doumbek has a very high note...
its one of my method of playing percussion..i play both palm and fingers..because it gives me different kinds of sounds..notice it. playing finger to a djembe is not a mortal sin.
its how the artist deliver his/her music..
