I am a beginner.
I am no traceur yet.
But i will work on that!

This video is mainly thought for an overview about my progress and to analyse myself.

IF you see any progress, this video takes place within 1 month, my first month doing any kind that gets near to parkour.

All scenes that were taken in the 'ruins' where near a medical center, with a stunt coordinator, 'personal' (team) trainer and with permission to use that area.

The city scenes (the last 2 in the video) i asked Sebi to take them for me, as i knew i was doing something wrong:
* Jumped too early
* jumped not far enough (i jumped up and not for distance)
* and i landed wrong.

Thanks Sash & Sebi for the warm welcome at my first visit in Zürich Oerlikon on that sunday morning 10am training :D

  • Nice! That place looks epic to Parkour at!

  • @Onlinehacker2themax Just hold on to the rail/ledge as long as possible, and bend your knees, and put your feet out, i had the same problem, until i practiced over a 10 foot drop, so i had to learn lol

  • you are a traceur not a begginer your realy good!

  • No comment... Practice on basics, cuz your turn vault is terrible :P

    Do a lot of strenght training. Do not perform high drops and again... Practice! Practice! Practice! Good luck :)

  • where the heck is that its sick to do parkour.
