Yep, I can field this one. In law this is known colloquially as 'the legal beagle.' If he was so scared of intruders, why did he sleep with his balcony door open? If he thought someone had broken into his home, why didn´t he check where his gf was, if she was ok and so on? Why did he shoot towards the toilet door AND THEN decided to check where his gf was? And if he shot her she must have made a sound, like screaming, and that would have been enough to stop. Insted, he fired several times before deciding to check his gf. I believe he knew exactly what he did.
