Are you looking to lose some weight but don't want to spend the money to go and get expensive body wraps. Well I have spent the money going to the spa getting body wraps and I am here to show you how to do your very own body wrap right in your very home using things you may already have around the house.

  • What can you use other then a heated blanket

  • @SEXIIGIRL1241 you could do an active body wrap where you wrap your body very tightly and then you walk for about 20 to 30 mins on a treadmill. The other options is to use a heating pad and just place it in the one area you are working on. One last suggestion is to do you wrap and then turn up your heat and close yourself in one of the rooms that gets the warmest (drink and have plenty of water on hand) and create a person sauna. Hope all of these help you out.

  • Are u from MD? Safeway! Lol

  • girl honestly my opinion YOU LOOK GOOD. But i guess it's for ur confidence?

  • @xPurpleHazeReaprx thank you. I just needed to tighten up a few areas and it is actually relaxing being all wrapped up and under a really warm blanket.
