This was big improvement over last week again. It wasn't as fast as last time, but still solid reps. I'm not sure if I've ever done this conventional. I'm giving a lot of thought to converting to sumo and seeing what happens.

  • One of the best sumo pulls I've ever seen. Props on taking your time and making it look wayyyy too easy lol

  • @Soldus1 i know this is an old post but maybe your still wondering look up louie simmons of westside barbell hes a genious when it comes to strength training also training "wide" both sumo deadlift or wide stance squats will help tremendously with you conventional deadlifts and narrow stance squats training wide will help narrow training narrow wil only help narrow

  • great lift man.......it's nice to see someone take the time to reset after every rep instead of slamming it off the ground and using momentum

  • @Power275 Very nice form.

  • Great lift, that probably took a truck load of work. How much do you weigh, my dude?
