Sean Lennon, Yoko, Klaus Voorman, Jim Keltner- Yer Blues

From Yoko's dress rehearsal for her birthday show. A loose jam on Yer Blues with Sean having just met Klaus Voorman for the first time ever and the wonderful Rev. Jim Keltner on drums. Again, forgive the bad videography, but Yoko has very large security guys who were prowling the front rows. Sean did a great job leading the various musicians throughout the night and this seemed like a chance for him to get loose and have some fun. Seeing Klaus and Jim Keltner on stage was lovely.

This has the look of a jr high talent show where the kid that has no friends wants to perform and has to enlist the help of his mom and his dad's old friends to help. Sad to see Klaus and Jimmy having to endure this. Must be hard times for the two. I hope not.

I like Klaus and Jim and Sean, but Yoko should stay out of this. Yoko has some good good songs of her own, but she is the worst improv singer there is. It seems like this band has almost become a John Lennon cover band now, but they're probably the best out there.
