Radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh told the Conservative Political Action Conference that individuals can reach their potential if onerous taxes, regulations and too much government are removed from their path. (Feb. 28)

Big fat ugly rotten so called 'conservative' Limbaugh has done more to harm the US than any number of terrorists combined. He ought to have been taken off the air long ago and it's a sad sad sick commentary on the American people and culture that he has grown fat and successful and rich by preaching the kind of garbage he embraces. It speaks volumes of the depth that the US have fallen to and it is partly because of him and his supporters that the US has sunk so low. FUCK you limbo

Yeah!! We should remove onerous regulations on mortgage-writing companies and on the securities based on them!!!!! Because that worked out so well over the past ten years or so. Are Republicans idiots? Lax regulations / free market behavior in the "mortgage-backed" securities, the driving pressures to write mortgages to supply the securities, and liar's loans to make them happen are a direct consequence of relaxing regulations. A totally free market does not work. It's like the Wild West.
