  • do u guys have any advice for questions that use really complicated terminology, for example, i have a hard reading through questions that talk about cholesterol and fatty acids... they're just too complicated for me and i often have a problem reading through them

  • LSAC deliberately employs complex and unfamiliar terminology and subject matter to knock you off balance.

It is easier to comprehend the passage if you already know something about the subject matter. But you can't know something about everything; that is where practice comes in.

As you take practice tests you become comfortable with the writing style and passage structures. Once you are used to LSAC-style writing it is easier to tune out distractions, like complex new terminology.

  • Thanks I will take ur advice.

  • Sometimes the correct answer has nothing to do with the question content-wise, but follows similar logic... There's a video on here about historical preservation, but the answer talks about haircuts.

  • isnt "ONLY" a red flag in question 2?

  • Wow, this instruction is not really so good. He just tells you to eliminate answer choices that have these "flagged" words. Rather, one must look at the actual merits of the answers.

  • This is excellent advice. The Logical Reasoning Bible helped me to quickly identify obvious wrong answers.
