oh, and just permitted a project in Gilbert last month! damn. altho they did give me the option for 'one and done' and to sign off that all required changes be met in the field. this as opposed to Tempe, which so far is not offering very many alternatives in the new permitting process.

interesting, how does this permitting process jive with newly inforce ARS9-835, the prescriptive permitting process that describes administrative and substantive reviews for all permitted work in the state. i've done PBA before, in Peoria, pretty large project, loved it, so did the CBO of the city, but only after first review. btw: i'm an architect also.
