On October 7, 2006, the long running Ohio Lottery game show Cash Explosion Double Play was replaced... with this.
Host David McCreary was brought in to be the "Hip new host", as evidenced by his highlights and outlandish wardrobe. The series lasted almost exactly one year, before it was replaced by a new version of Cash Explosion that debuted on October 6, 2007.
Man, they hacked this episode to bits, didn't they? Really hurt the endgame.

In fairness, this "Hold or swap" format only lasted about 3-4 weeks before they ditched that part of the endgame. Instead, whoever ended up with the $5,000 card when it was revealed was given the option to leave or stay right there, and the game progressed from there. Much simpler, but still probably more confusing than it needed to be.

First time I saw this, I called it "Make Me Dizzy, Make Me Confused".
