With the amount of male leads with high falsettos now, its rather ignorant to demean a band for having such a front man. It just gives more options to a band. Having one type of vocal is rather boring and most every band would agree with me. Its just the way our culture is set, viewing women as weak and incapable to do what men do and its rather pathetic some people view music in the same vein (for a female fronted band that destroys many of their contemporaries, check out The Agonist).

well, it may not sound so girley to you, but to others it does,and by the way i did look up nick pitera, great range... but i see a slight difference, i mean my opinion may be wrong to you, but in this song the guy does at least slightly sounds like a girl, it's a guy singing with a sort of higher voice, nick pitera on the other hand isn't trying to sound like a guy who is singing as a girl, he IS taking the role of the girl. hmm, i don't know if this made much sense the way i worded it. :/

umm, does it really matter if they sound like a girl, just because they sound like a girl doesn't mean they suck or he's gay or anything... it means he has great vocals!! :D
