You need two things to do this:

1) Deadly Boss Mods, which automatically turns in a repeatable quest when you right click on the mob.

2) You need a G15 Keyboard, and make a macro that entails the following:

Right Mouse Click

0.0500 Delay

Repeat on Toggle

@sunsedrengen na not really its called a g15 latest version is a g19 many wow players and fps use it also its pretty pointless when you get ass holes who are like OOOOHHH its cheating when blizzard created a mouse 99 dollars and it has 15 buttons on the side so basically you can program 15 keys on a mouse to cast spells what ever

Ok, in order to do that u must aquire several hundred winterfall spirit beads(which drop from winterfall furnog about every other kill if I recall correctly) the prep for that takes several hours of grinding. And he is either using a macro or addin to turn in the quest that fast. His interface difference is do to addons. As for the video, its stupid.
