what version of ps do u have and how can i get the smudge settings on ps version 4.0 cuz i have adobe photoshop elements 4.0 and i need to change my smude settings for a new style im doing please reply to me in a pm

go to adobe's website and then click on downloads, find photoshop (right column, 2nd from top) and click try. It will download and you should have a 30 day trial.
