  • spell your ingredients correctly for starters, but your recipe looked delicious. great job!

  • sorry iam not good with spelling its (saltimbocca) means

    jump in the mouth!there is many variation of this recipe from north 2 south italy.

  • its called sultamboca!

  • a little butter to the same pan you removed the chicken from, also some chopped garlic, olive oil. Let the garlic become translucent then add about 1/4 a cup dry white wine. Let the wine evaporate. Put the chicken back and finish cooking it. Add a bit of chopped sage on top when it's on the plate & enjoy.

  • the original recipe for this chicken dish goes like this:

    For each chicken breast use a slice of proscuito, one sage leaf, one slice provolone cheese. Roll it, and then sautee it. Remove the chicken.

  • OMG, you didn't tell me to remove the toothpicks and all 4 of my guests swallowed them and died, thanks, now looking at doing 20yrs in the state pen!
