@Itsnameisgundam Was it? I doubt it was for ZOE3. You can check the metal gear wiki for more information about a lot of metal gear related stuff, including this easter egg.
If it was for ZOE3, it should be more sci-fi mecha of some sort, which does not really fit the theme of the easter egg..

@Itsnameisgundam It's not ZOE3; it's another concept game created by one of the directors of MGS that was planned to be a full game of its own, but never did happen.

I actually thought my game was broken when I loaded up my save game.. I was like, wait, is this metal gear? lol

I remember saving the game after Snake was put in the cell. I stopped playing and a few hours later, I loaded my save game and played this. At first I thought this was creepy. It was as if it was never ending, so I let myself get killed. And then I realized Snake was just dreaming.
