Dog Yellow Labrador (Lab) playing with Kitten

1-16-12: Over the holidays Crash was diagnosed with bone cancer in his front left leg. We adopted him at the age of one from the local humane society, and he helped us foster many kittens and puppies in his 11 years with us (like the one shown here). We are pampering him for these last few weeks of his life and are grateful that we can help him pass peacefully when the time is right for him. Please adopt these wonderful animals from your local shelter when you have the ability to care for a pet. We will miss him terribly when he's gone. Please send him your love.

This is our lab playing with a kitten that we fostered for the local humane society. They LOVED each other! Our dog is named Crash, and we named the kitten El Gato Diablo. We were a foster home for kittens and puppies when the humane society got too full and needed room to keep the little ones until they were old enough to adopt out.

@GTbooster Absolutely!  The kitten was adopted by a loving family after fostering with us for about 6 weeks. :)

Beautiful:) I have 2 labs a black and yellow, but my yellow lab BUddy is the kindest creature i've ever known he plays with the cats sleeps with them and cleans them,like he's their protecter:)

Crash knows exactly what he's doing here, it's amazing. He knows he's bigger and he's being gentle because of it.

I almost think labs are just people stuck in a dog's body.

So Sweet! We were fostering 3 kittens in which 2 died leaving just one, our 100 lb yellow lab took him in as if he were one of his own! We ended up adopting the kitten, Boss Hogg.. They are inseparable now! They sleep together, play together, clean each other! We just couldn't separate them! LABS ARE THE BEST <3

And THAT is why I love labs! I have a Lab/APBT cross and he is the best dog I've ever had. He's very healthy but sadly he's 14 :(. When my baby boy goes, I'll be getting another Lab type. They're so amazing.. my big boy loves cats too! This is so cute!
